Try the following suggestions and then experiment with some of your own.
? Steam an artichoke, remove the center thistle part and fill with Paragon of Tarragon Dip. Use as a dip for the artichoke leaves or place the filled artichoke in the center of a platter full of fresh vegetables and use as a dip for all the vegetables.
? Keep in the refrigerator and use as a sandwich spread on roast beef and turkey sandwiches.
? Tarragon is wonderful as a fondue dip for beef.
