ROASTED RED THE PEPPER SPREAD
Three great ways to enjoy this one! As a smokey spread for sandwiches, bagels or crackers... A dip for veggies or crackers, or as a sauce for crab cakes or other fish... As a butter blend for panni or grilled sandwiches, frying hash browns, sauteing chicken or put a pat on your sizzling steak! Yum! Yield 2-3 batches (Net wt. 2 oz.)
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup Mayonaise
5 Tbs Roasted Red
Soften cream cheese and combine with mayo and seaoning.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Serve with bagels, rustic bread, or crackers.
